Accessibility Statement

Lost in the Astral, LLC wants everyone to be able to book and use our services, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across lostintheastral.com and its subdomains, including the booking concierge, the cookie banner, and the agreements you sign before booking.

What we do

• Keyboard access to all controls, including the concierge, the cookie banner and the agreement checkboxes, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and controls meet AA color-contrast ratios on our dark backgrounds.
• Screen-reader labels on buttons, checkboxes and dialogs; dialogs trap and return focus correctly and can be closed with Escape.
• Respect for "reduce motion" settings.
• Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
• Captions or transcripts for published video where available.
• Accessibility checks in our release process.

Known limitations

Some older pages, embedded third-party content (Stripe Checkout, Google Meet, Patreon) and PDF charts may not fully conform. On request, we can provide your chart or any of our policies and agreements in an accessible alternative (for example, tagged PDF or plain text), and we can take your booking and agreements by email.
