Messaging Terms (SMS) and Phone Consent

1. Why we need your phone number

A mobile phone number is required to book so we can reach you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, links, and safety follow-up). This is how we contact you about the service you asked for.

2. Two kinds of messages

Booking messages (required for booking): By giving your number when you book, you agree that LITA may call or text that number about your bookings, account, payments and policy notices, including with automated technology. These are not marketing.

Marketing messages (optional, never required): Only if you check the separate, unchecked box "Text me LITA offers and news," you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Lost in the Astral, LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Frequency, cost, help and stop

• Booking messages: message frequency varies by booking (typically 1–5 per booking). Marketing messages: up to 4 per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help, or email staff@lostintheastral.com.
• Reply STOP (or "cancel," "end," "quit," "unsubscribe," "revoke," "opt out") to stop. We will confirm with one final message and honor it within 10 business days at most (usually immediately). You may also opt out by any reasonable means, including telling us by email or phone. If you stop booking messages, we will contact you about upcoming appointments by email only.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Quiet hours

We send marketing texts only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone, and not on days or times restricted by your state's law.

5. Your number

Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Do not give us a number that is not yours.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
