Service Disclaimers

These disclaimers apply to everything LITA offers and are part of the Terms of Service.

1. Not medical or mental health care

LITA's services are spiritual, religious, philosophical, educational and reflective. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, licensed clinical or professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or addiction or gambling counseling, and they do not prevent, treat or cure any illness or condition. LITA practitioners are not acting as licensed health care providers. Do not stop or change any medical or psychiatric treatment, medication or professional advice because of a LITA session. If you have a health or mental health concern, see a licensed professional.

2. Crisis

LITA is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Outside the U.S., contact local emergency services.

3. 9-Self Coaching

Coaching is a goal-focused, educational partnership. It is not therapy and does not address mental illness or trauma treatment. You are responsible for your own choices and results. The 9-Self framework is LITA's proprietary model, offered for reflection and personal growth, not as a scientific or psychological assessment.

4. SRP Pastoral Counseling

SRP (Spiritual, Religious and Philosophical) Pastoral Counseling is pastoral and spiritual guidance provided by ministers ordained through the Universal Life Church (ULC), including Scott and Kacie, offered as a religious and spiritual practice. It is not licensed clinical, mental-health or marriage and family counseling, and LITA's pastoral ministers do not hold themselves out as licensed counselors or therapists.

5. Divination (oracle, tarot, channeling, mediumship) — for entertainment and spiritual reflection

Divination sessions are offered for entertainment, spiritual insight and personal reflection. Readings are interpretive and symbolic. No prediction is guaranteed, the future is not fixed, and nothing in a reading is a statement of fact about any person, event, health, legal or financial matter. Mediumship and channeling are matters of spiritual belief; contact with any particular person, spirit or source is not guaranteed and the meaning of any message is for you to interpret. Do not make medical, legal, financial or major life decisions based solely on a reading.

6. Esoteric Arts (astrology, Human Design, numerology)

Charts are interpretive, spiritual and educational tools, not science, and are not predictions of fact. Their accuracy depends on the birth date, time and place you provide; an unknown or approximate birth time can change the results.

7. No guaranteed results

Testimonials and examples are individual experiences, not typical or promised results. We make no guarantee of any outcome, including spiritual, emotional, relational, career, financial or health outcomes.

8. The concierge and AI-assisted content

The concierge chat is an automated, AI-assisted assistant operated by LITA; its personas are brand characters. Automated replies can contain errors. The concierge does not give medical, mental health, legal or financial advice and is not a therapist, counselor or health care provider. Your final booking summary and LITA's Terms control over anything said in chat. Some written materials (for example, coaching platform content) may be prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by LITA.

9. Educational content

Articles, posts, videos and workbooks are general information, not advice for your specific situation.

10. Religious freedom

LITA's spiritual and religious content reflects LITA's beliefs and practices. You are free to accept, reject or interpret it according to your own beliefs.
